Patient Participation Group

Are you interested in becoming a member of our PPG? We gather as a group on a quarterly basis as we want to hear from our patients about ideas to help us improve the service we provide. We do try to be as efficient as possible but there are always areas where we can improve. We feel that the Patient Group can help in a number of ways:

  1. By creating a channel for communication and discussion between the surgery and the patients
  2. By hopefully fostering a sense that the practice is listening and that healthcare is a partnership between the surgery and patients.
  3. To allow a forum for discussion and patient input into the way healthcare services are planned, and for us to explain what problems and practical difficulties we face in delivering good quality healthcare.
  4. To act as a forum for discussing and commenting on government policies and how they impact on us at local level.

If you would like to join then please ask to speak to Sarah Caddick, Practice Manager for more information.
